Eggs Benedict of dreams

Happy Monday. work might be here but the weekend brunches still fill my dreams :)

My boyfriend Gus seems to enjoy spoiling me by cooking for me and whipped this up the other week. I told him to keep cooking and i'll keep practising my food photography ;)



Forgive me, I'm slightly obsessed with food at the moment and about to grow into the size of a house, but i don't care, not right now anyway. Indulgence is enjoyable and should never be regretted!

Heres to a good week... Now where is that to do list? :)
