I haven't seen this much snow in my life! I work outside of Edinburgh and there was 3 foot of snow, there was a week of snowdays and being sent home early. Work aint so bad with a snowball fight at lunch :)
Sat 28th we woke up to see arthurs seat like this (click photos for larger versions)
My flatmate Charlie wanted to make a wee snowman on her windowsill, here he is complete with carrots rescued from the rubbish, dead tomato plant arms, an innocent smoothie knitted hat, pennies for eyes and Charlie's first crochet attempt as a scarf :)
The weather deserved a walk and we decided to walk part way up arthurs seat to see the views of Edinburgh in the snow.

It was great seeing so many people out on the weekend
The light is so beautiful at this time of year with beautiful skies
Wrap up warm and enjoy hot water bottles and crafting with cold fingers :|
